We can plan your wedding reception in the most beautiful Tuscan locations, including noble villas in Lucca, ancient farmhouses and historic Florentine Castles. Or, we can move wherever you want!

I am Elisa Masoni, the founder of Progetto Matrimonio, a company born with the aim of creating exclusive wedding events.
What we offer to the spouses is not just a catering service, which usually does not manage, does not plan, and does not guide the couple, but it is a real personalized project that transforms your special day into a perfectly coordinated, unique and unrepeatable event. In fact, after having lived the experience of organizing my wedding, I understood how important it is for the spouses to have a professional and dedicated guide and support.For this reason, I have been working with a select group of locations and trusted suppliers since 2007!

in my role as coordinator and Banqueting Manager, I make myself available with my vast experience in the wedding sector, to coordinate every aspect of the reception.
I have a solid background in pedagogy and psychology, thanks to years of experience in teaching, and I approach spouses with great empathy and understanding. Each couple will feel listened to, understood and supported in realizing their desires in the best possible way.
Giovanni
one of our award-winning Chefs recognized by the food and wine guides of the sector is one of the masters behind the culinary creations that make every reception an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
His passion for cooking and his attention to detail ensure that every dish he creates will be a true masterpiece, ready to delight not only the palate but all the senses.
Jacopo
one of our heads of service, with his elegant presence and his ability to speak four languages, is a constant point of reference for the spouses and guests.
His experience, friendliness and professionalism guarantee smooth events.

The current staff is a fundamental strength for us, made up of reference figures who have been collaborating with us for years and who have grown together with us.

Therefore our staff, from the kitchen to the Banqueting manager, is flexible and open to welcoming, from time to time, new stimulating figures who can enrich our skills and experiences, with a view to evolution and updating.

Our story
Hi, I’m Elisa, founder of Progetto Matrimonio.
I want to tell you my story, a story of transformation, determination and passion, which led me to create this company.
Since I was a child I have always had a predisposition for education. My career began as a teacher, working with children according to the Montessori method.
This educational approach, which places the individual at the center of the learning process, has taught me the importance of listening, personalization and patience. I have experienced for myself that every child is unique and deserves special attention to best develop their abilities.
And so, day after day, I devoted myself with love to my little students, trying to convey to them not only knowledge, but also fundamental values such as empathy, collaboration and independence of thought.
My Wedding Day
It was a very exciting time, but also incredibly challenging.
Choosing the location, organizing the event, managing the details… everything seemed tiring and tiring, I saw in front of me a huge mountain to climb.
Initially, I thought that planning my wedding would be fun and relatively easy.
But I soon realized how wrong I was.
There were no shortcuts up that mountain and to reach the summit, every path was as tiring and steep as the one I had just left behind me.
I had great ideas, I was excited about my party! I wanted many Show Cooking corners, something that at the time was little requested and little known. But I did not want to give up my dream, I wanted an event that was spectacular and unique, I wanted to range, without placing limits on my imagination.

But every decision, every detail, seemed to bring with it new challenges.
I visited wedding fairs, scouted locations, and every time I felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices to make, but above all by the lack of a safe guide, who could advise me in the best way.
The locations, which seemed perfect on paper, often turned out to be too small or did not have the features suitable for my needs.
It was then that I decided to rely on a Wedding Planner, thinking that with the help of a professional I could relax and enjoy the preparations more calmly, and above all I would be sure of the success of my event.
But unfortunately my experiment was unsuccessful, since, due to my inexperience, I had chosen a professional who was at the beginning of her career, and who had not yet developed the ability to manage a complex marriage like the one I wanted.
In fact, she was already very skilled in designing floral arrangements and decorations, but she had not yet had the opportunity to deepen and develop logistical and technical skills, such as catering and the much-feared “plan B” in case of bad weather.
The Discovery of a New Passion
And so, tired, frustrated and discouraged, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
With the enterprising spirit that distinguishes me, I began to look for solutions on my own.
After numerous tastings and tests, I finally found a catering service with an edge, a service that seemed to have everything I needed.
Anna was the owner of this service. She was not only a skilled and established professional, but she was a true guardian angel, capable of coordinating every aspect of my wedding and solving the small and large problems that inevitably arose in front of me.
I had finally found in Anna someone who listened to me, someone who was interested in making my wishes come true, someone who was by my side and who allowed me to stay in touch during all the preparations.
Anna answered my thousand questions, advised me on the best solutions and had taken to heart the common goal to achieve: a unique and unrepeatable reception, the same as no other before.
Needless to say, my wedding day was a triumph!
Despite the complexity of the event, the show cooking was spectacularly coordinated. The dishes were perfect, every detail of the setup was just as I had always imagined!
In short, in a nutshell, my expectations of Anna were far exceeded, every guest was satisfied, and every wish of mine was masterfully realized!
I was happy, but above all I was immensely grateful to Anna who had supported me with great competence, understanding and empathy, in every phase of my journey.
After the honeymoon, Anna, who had been my mentor and guide during the organization, called me with the excuse of offering me a coffee, and proposed that I enter her world. She saw in me a pioneer, a capable woman ready to learn and put into practice her own skills.
I accepted Anna’s offer with enthusiasm and a pinch of recklessness, and began working alongside her.
It was a period of intense growth, during which I refined my skills in the world of catering and flower design.
After a few years our paths diverged, but thanks to Anna I had acquired the right skills to be independent. I decided to create my own business reality, in a crescendo of acquisitions and collaborations with established partners.
A crucial moment in my professional training was meeting Angelo Garini, a well-known name in the wedding industry.
I attended his course for Wedding Planner, and was selected for a direct collaboration with his team
This experience allowed me to learn advanced techniques of event organization and design, further enriching my experience and my professional background.
Angelo Garini taught me the importance of attention to detail and customization, elements that are still at the heart of my work today.
The Birth of Progetto Matrimonio

For this reason, every aspect and detail must be taken care of with the utmost precision, to fit perfectly with all the others.
The method is the result of my personal and professional experience, and is based on careful listening to the spouses, who have different characters and are unique, just like every child. My goal is to encourage them and spur them to realize their desires, without constraints and without placing limits on their imagination. This empathetic approach, which is based on three fundamental pillars, listening, support and guidance, has allowed me to put the spouses who choose us at the center of each project, making their every wish come true (even what at first glance might seem unattainable).Do you want a perfect wedding, with a WOW effect?
I understand the worries and anxieties of the spouses because I experienced them, first hand, during the realization of my wedding.
I am committed to creating an environment of trust and collaboration, where the spouses feel listened to and supported at all times, building lasting and meaningful relationships between us.
One of the most rewarding moments of my job is seeing the expression on the faces of the spouses change, when, finally, their worried looks suddenly transform, shedding tears of joy and satisfaction, and showing satisfied and relaxed smiles, seeing that everything has gone perfectly.
I still remember with emotion the wedding of Felix and Regina, a couple of chefs who work for Gordon Ramsay in London.
Organizing their wedding remotely was a huge challenge, as they both work in the same industry. But with our constant communication and commitment, we managed to create an extraordinary event that left all their guests speechless.
My journey from teacher to founder of Progetto Matrimonio has been long and full of challenges, but each step has brought me closer to realizing my dream: creating weddings that are true masterpieces, reflections of each couple’s personality and love.
I am proud of what I have built together with my team, and I am excited to continue growing and refining my method.
